1. User Eligibility

Users of any age are eligible to use Layers Vault. However, individuals residing in Cuba, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine are prohibited from using the platform. If users from these regions manage to access the platform, they will be banned, and Layers Vault will not be liable for any damages incurred.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for using the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws. Only PDF, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed, with a maximum size of 5MB per file. Users are granted 2GB of free storage, with the option to purchase additional storage at rates subject to change. Users should NOT store any sensitive data on the platform, as it is stored on a public blockchain.

3. Service Description

Layers Vault is a secure, decentralized storage solution developed by NEUE WORLD FZ LLC, UAE. It allows users to store, access, and manage their data with enhanced security features. The platform offers both free and paid plans, with additional features planned for future releases.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using IPFS on a blockchain. While blockchain technology is secure by nature, it is also public. Layers Vault does not guarantee the security of any data stored on the platform. Users are responsible for the security of their own third-party wallets, such as MetaMask.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Layers Vault is owned by NEUE WORLD FZ LLC, UAE.

6. Payment Terms

Currently, Layers Vault is in its beta stage and does not offer any paid subscriptions. Users can sign up using their digital wallets, and subscription plans will be released in the future.

7. Termination Policy

Accounts may be terminated for violations including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts for free storage, residing in restricted countries, or storing illegal content.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Layers Vault will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Limitation of Liability

Layers Vault is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues users may experience. The platform is in its early stages and may have performance issues or other problems.
